Description
Surrounded by woodland, High Trees is situated in a peaceful location between the villages of Cynwyl Elfed and Bronwydd Arms and is the perfect escape from busy lives. This modern, luxurious accommodation has an attractive looking bedroom with a large en-suite, and like the rest of the property, offers plenty of space for a couple or a couple and a young child. You can even bring two pets along too who will no doubt love to spend some time outside with you. You'll find an enclosed seating area outside where you can enjoy the sounds of nature over a drink and a BBQ, a lovely setting for some relaxation. There's a beautiful babbling stream going past here too. Inside this semi-detached property you can enjoy some down time in the comfortable lounge or cook some delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen for a romantic night in.
Despite the property being in a quiet location, there are still plenty of amenities available with a petrol station with a shop located just a mile up the road. There's also a small handful of pubs/restaurants within a few miles too including a Chinese restaurant and dog-friendly pubs. Whilst the property is a great place for a chilled break, it's also ideal for those who like to walk, with a wooded public footpath just 50 metres away or if you're into golf, the Carmarthen Golf Club is just 4 miles way. The agricultural market town of Carmarthen, which lies on the banks of the River Tywi, is the closest town here, where you'll find an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. There's a vast range of wonderful small businesses here too and the indoor market full of local produce, arts and crafts and fashion to name just a few of the stalls there, is a great place to showcase them. Local attractions include Gwili Steam Railway in Bronwydd Arms, The British Birds of Prey Centre and Carmarthen Museum or you can visit the beautiful, sandy, dog friendly beaches at Llansteffan and Pendine.
