Description
This beautiful property is located in the thriving seaside village of Manorbier. You can be on the golden sand beach in minutes as it’s only 500 metres away on foot or you can make use of the public car park if you have a lot of beach equipment. The beach is popular year-round with tourists and locals alike with surfing, rock pooling and kayaking being very popular pastimes. You can visit Manorbier Castle, perched on the hillside overlooking the beach before heading back into the village for a meal at the thriving village pub or cafes.
As you enter the property, you are welcomed into a generously sized grand hallway leading onto the living areas. The lounge enjoys a gas wood burner-effect fire with two large, four-seater sofas centred around the Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen/diner offers a good, social space to cook and dine together, with patio doors opening out onto the terrace area. There is a utility area with a washing machine and storage for beach/outdoor equipment in the garage which can be accessed via the kitchen. The first of four bedrooms is on the ground floor, a double room. There is a shower room opposite with a shower and WC. Upstairs on the first floor, there are a further three bedrooms - one super-king-size zip-and-link room, which can be made up as a twin on request, plus a king-size room and a twin room. All bedrooms have ample storage space for clothes and belongings and enjoy views over the valley and to the sea beyond. Completing the first floor is the family bathroom.
Externally, there is a wraparound garden with a large patio terrace. The terrace offers outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ - perfect for dining alfresco after a day at the beach. There is also an outside tap for washing off equipment, dogs or children. The garden is enclosed when the driveway gate is closed.
