Reviews

Quiet convenient position, ideal place to stay.

Mrs M,

The natural beauty of Saundersfoot is something to behold and The Lookout gives that plenty of opportunity. Access out to explore Pembrokeshire is easy from here and the house provides a lovely base.

Mrs B,

A brilliant cottage within easy walk of beaches and town

Mrs M,

We stayed at this cottage during 12-19 July and I can’t find any fault. It was clean and comfortable. All equipments are in excellent working order. I usually bring my own cook’s knives and a frying pan, even mugs and cutlery because many self catering cottages just leave old/cheap ones that never works, but I was happy to use what was there in this cottage - very clean and functional anyone who cook will know the difference. The location is excellent. We enjoyed the coastal walk just outside from the cottage to Tenby, a trip to Heatherton Adventure World for karting and Tree Top (10min drive), and taking a Paddle Boarding course at the marina where you can walk from the cottage, or 3min drive. Weather was kind to us and it was sunny almost everyday

Mrs M,

The property suited our every need. It was so convenient being able to park our car outside of the house. We will certainly consider returning to the property in the future.

Mrs S,

We had a lovely stay at the property. It was clean and well maintained, the instructions to enter the property were concise and clear. It is in a great location - not too far from restaurants and beach.

Mrs D,

Location

The Lookout is ideally located half way up St Brides Hill allowing easy access to Glen Beach and within a short walk to Saundersfoot village with its array of shops, bars and restaurants.

Tenby is a few miles drive away, steeped in history and offers boat trips daily to Caldey Island with its unique monastery, mackerel fishing trips and leisure cruises.

Explore nearby Narberth and stroll around the quaint independant shops, filled with antiques and handmade local crafts.

There are lots of wildlife parks for fun filled days out from Folly Farm with its lions, penguins and farmyard favourites to Manor House Wildlife park with its 'Walk through' pens and other animals.

Oakwood Theme park is great for those who enjoy white knuckle rides, although there are rides which smaller children can enjoy.  The Blue Lagoon is an indoor swimming pool with slides and shutes with a lazy river leading out into the open air and a wave making machine.

Pembrokeshire is a great place anytime of year with lots of great adventures for everyone.
