Description

The Coach House is a contemporary styled holiday apartment, centrally located in the popular seaside village of Saundersfoot. With less than a 3 minute flat stroll to the glorious beach, harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants. There is a private entrance to this immaculate first floor apartment with modern open plan living space. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

A flight of stairs to landing.

Bedroom 1: Single bed (suitable for an older child or an adult as this room is located off the main entrance hall landing area).

Kitchen/Diner/Lounge: Open plan living accommodation, electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/drier.  Dining table and chairs. Comfy seating. TV and Freeview.

Bedroom 2: Master double bed, TV.

En-suite: Shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.

Bedroom 3: Double bed

Bathroom: Bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin. 

Pets: Sorry, no pets.

Parking: Allocated parking outside the property for 1 car.

Heating: Electric and heating included.

Short Breaks: Accepted but not in peak weeks.

Home was in a great location. Was comfortable for us. Others had commented on the noise from the pub, but we didn't hear it. Clean and tidy, buy would be nice to be left a pint of milk and tea bags so after a 3.5hr journey I could make a cup of tea before unpacking ours.

Super flat in a brilliant location - we have returned many times because it is comfortable, spacious and so close to the centre. Car parking space is a real bonus in the busy summer months. Location near bars does mean noise but mostly calm by midnight.

The apartment was beautifully clean and a great location, we would definitely visit again, we had a lovely stay. It was very well equipped and modern. It was warm and very comfortable (sofas and beds). Considering the central location in town, there was no noise disruption. The downside was there was no view as such, but for us that didn't matter as we were out sightseeing most of the time and only used as a base location. It was great value for the centre of town and the level of accommodation/number of bedrooms etc, we were really satisfied and it exceeded our expectations.

Wonderfully large, clean and comfortable accommodation. Well equipped with quality items. Had a slight issue with central heating so reported it and amazing it was sorted with 3 hours. Really fantastic stay and did not need to get into the car again until we left to go home. Excellent.

Location

The Coach House is a new modern apartment centrally located in the popular seaside village of Saundersfoot.  Saundersfoot has a couple of shops selling food and other essential goods, a butchers, a bakery and a range of cafes, pubs and restaurants.

There is a lovely sandy beach and a working harbour where in the Summer months there are fishing and sight seeing trips.  There is also the SEATAXI an amphibious boat which can be chartered to go to Tenby or Amroth etc or you can go on a 'Blast around the Bay'. 

You can walk from Saundersfoot beach to Coppet Hall and through the old coal mining tunnels to Wisemans Bridge and Amroth.  There are lots of places on route where you can grab a refreshment.

Tenby town with its pastel coloured houses along the harbour front is very idyllic and the beaches are great too.  From the harbourside you can go to the kiosks selling boat trips.  One adventure 20 minutes across the sea is to Caldey Island home of the Cistercian monks.  The monks make their own chocolate and perfume great for a souvenir or a present for a family member left at home!

Tenby also has an RNLI lifeboat station which does do tours at certain times, a museum which feature exhibits throughout the year and The Tudor Merchants House ran by the National Trust.  For the energetic you can go on a jetski safari or partake in climbing at Tenby's Overhang climbing facility at the entrance to Castle Beach.

There is lots to do further afield with wildlife parks, fun family adventure parks, castles and gardens to list just a few.  Pembrokeshire will provide you with exactly what you want for your perfect stay.
