Description

3A Strandways Court is a cosy ground floor apartment in Strandways Court and has stunning sea views from the lounge window. Ideally located in central Saundersfoot, perfect for a family beach holiday and your own private car parking space. This lovely seaside village provides a great destination all year round. Sit on your very own patio and watch the world go by. Take a short stroll along The Strand into the village centre and sample the great selection of cafes, restaurants & shops or sit and watch the comings and goings of the working harbour.

 

ACCOMMODATION IS ALL ON GROUND FLOOR 

 

Kitchen/Diner/Lounge: Electric oven/hob, fridge with icebox, microwave, table and chairs. Comfy sofa and chairs. TV with Freeview, DVD player, patio doors leading out to the beach front, patio with furniture.

Bathroom: Shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet. 

Bedroom 1: Double 

Bedroom 2: Single bed.

Pets: No pets allowed. 

Parking: Allocated parking for 1 car only 

Heating: Under floor heating and electricity included.

Notes: Wi Fi access. Bed Linen and towels provided. Patio area but regret no use of the lawn area. Non Smoking property. - Property sleeps 3 guests MAX.

Excellent location and position on ground floor. for loading and unloading. Easy access to amenities along beach or flat road. Lower price at end of season permits us to enjoy a week at Saundersfoot.

Location

Strandways Court is set in a prime position in Saundersfoot. A level walk takes you into the heart of the village with its many shops, restaurants and pubs to sample. In the main season the working harbour is busy with the local fisherman coming in with their daily catches and delivering to the local restaurants. The main sandy beach in Saundersfoot is ideal to relax, sunbath or for the more energetic some water sports are on offer. When the tide is out you can walk from the main beach to Glen beach and further round the bay is Monkstone Point with many rock pools to enjoy.

Coppet Hall beach in the other direction has the well- known Coast restaurant which offers a unique combination of casual or up-market service for those special occasions.

Pembrokeshire has many beautiful beaches and coastal paths to explore but there are also lots of wildlife and activity parks to visit.  Folly Farm is a top attraction with a range of farmyard animals to monkeys, rhinos, lions and giraffes.  There are indoor and outdoor play centres and a Victorian fair to have lots of fun in.  Heatherton has go karts, bumper boats, archery, water zorbing and lots more for all the family to enjoy.

Pembrokeshire will provide a most enjoyable stay.
