Sandpiper is a delightful bungalow, all on one level and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Saundersfoot. A pleasant approximately 7-minute walk to the beach, harbour and village centre a great base for a family holiday. The centrally heated and double glazed property was newly equipped for the 2020 season. Public parking in the centre of the village close to the harbour, shops and places to eat (Free parking permit in property for Regency car park only).

Kitchen/Dining Room: Table and chairs for six. Newly fitted kitchen including breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, 2 fridges with icebox. Patio doors to the rear garden.
Utility Room: Washing machine. Tumble Drier. French doors to rear garden. Freezer.
Bedroom 1: Master King size bed. TV. Dressing area with built in wardrobe

The property has a season ticket for free parking in the National Park Authority Car Park (Regency car park), in Saundersfoot close to the harbour and beach (valid from 15th March - 7th November) this is in the property on arrival. Non smoking property. From October 1st 2023 this property will accept one well behaved dog.
Location
Sandpiper is approximately a 7 minute walk from the resort of Saundersfoot or a short car journey (free permit for parking in property). There is a splendid harbour with boat trips leaving throughout the Summer months. There are numerous places to eat and drink and shops to purchase souvenirs.
Saundersfoot is a great base for a Pembrokeshire holiday being close to super sandy beaches, harbours and cliff top walks. Bosheston lily ponds is a very scenic area with large ponds to walk around, you may even spot an otter or two! The lily ponds lead out onto Broad Haven beach which is a lovely sandy beach backed by sand dunes.
A short drive takes you to the well-known seaside town of Tenby set in its own historic town walls and the Blue Flag North and South beach to enjoy.
Manorbier just around the coastline has a castle to explore and a lovely beach with rock pools - its also good if you like a spot of surfing!
There are lots of adventure parks for the children to spend time either watching animals from around the world, Folly Farm and Annas Welsh Zoo or riding on a roller coaster at Oakwood Theme park. There is an indoor climbing centre in Tenby or Battlefield live to practise your laser shooting. If you enjoy trampolining then head off to Hangar 5 in Haverfordwest.
For more relaxed fun there is Colby Woodland Gardens where you can enjoy a duck race, rope swings, a walk through its 8 acres of land or simply cook on a camp fire.
Pembrokeshire has a diverse mix of activities and places of interest which will inspire the whole family.
