Reviews

Marie was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to staying here again

Mr J,

Conveniently situated off the main road out of Saundersfoot to New Hedges this property was an excellent choice for a week off. The owners Stu and Marie couldn’t do enough for us and were incredibly thoughtful and catering to all our needs. The house is beautiful throughout and a must stay if you are looking in this area. Thank you both.

Mr W,

A beautiful cottage in a very quiet location. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. A very restful week with plenty to see in the area.

Mrs R,

The property is situated in a quiet area, with an easy walk into Saundersfoot along the beach (as long as the tide is out). The owners, Marie and Stu, live next door and they were very friendly and helpful, and were available if needed, The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. There was plentiful hot water and lots of towels.

Mrs M,

Excellent holiday yet again, the Boathouse is a lovely property with amazing attention to detail. Glen beach on the doorstep, when you can walk flat walk into the town in 10 mins when the tide allows. Hosts brilliant, always around but never obtrusive. You will have a relaxing break here. Please try

Mr M,

The cottage was perfect and the location even better - it was lovely and quiet and just a short stroll from the beach. The cottage had everything we needed and suited a week long stay for 4. It was lovely to meet the owners who live next door but respect your privacy. Neither less to say our grandchildren loved meeting them and saying hello whenever they passed by. Thank you again for making us feel so welcome.

Mrs M,

Hosts very friendly and helpful

Mr H,

This is quality accomodation in a secluded, tranquil spot yet only minutes from the beach and Saundersfoot centre. Inside, the cottage lived up to the online photos - gorgeous kitchen and two lovely double bedrooms each with great walk in showers. It certainly has the wow factor. Marie and Stuart were on hand whenever you needed them, lovely people who clearly love what they do, going above and beyond to ensure that you have a great holiday. Saundersfoot has everything you need including lovely sandy beaches with clear water but without the Tenby crowds. I would recommend The Boathouse without hesitation, you will have a memorable holiday.

Miss C,

The Boathouse is a fabulous place to stay in and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. The cottage has been beautifully decorated with lots of lovely details - we spotted something new every day. It's also well equipped with all ages catered for. The location is lovely and quiet, but it's only a five minute walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants and shops are close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage.

Mrs P,

A very clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated holiday home, with a very nice welcome pack. Property attached to owners home with only down side being no private garden to enjoy the evening sun.

Mr F,

This is a beautiful cottage in a wonderful location, very near to the beach. The owner was very warm and friendly.

Mrs P,

We had a fabulous stay at The Boathouse wonderful hosts and only too willing to provide advice on places to visit. The accommodation was top notch, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Mrs V,

Very nice property you couldn’t give it 5 stars ,because of lack of dishwasher ,nespresso type machine. Desperately needs a new sofa. Saying that it is a lovely property in a great location.

Mr T,

The best place we have stayed in ever! Amazing location close to the sea and great walks. Easy access to the town and many fine eateries. Lovely hosts, and everything you need for a restful break. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Mr C,

A really lovely property situated in a quiet location just a short walk to the beach and within walking distance of the village. A very well finished property with tasteful decoration, the bathrooms have nice big showers and there is also outdoor seating.

Mrs H,
