Reviews

A lovely lodge, clean spacious and very comfortable. Great location, the driveway needs a upgrade especially for the winter months as a person who is not a confident driver would feel uncomfortable when they turn into the actual driveway to the property. It's just the first little bit. I loved the views and as a woman by herself I felt safe. The restaurant at the Manor was lovely and staff great, also Dovecote beauty treatments is definitely a must. Everything is on your doorstep. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Mrs O,

The children absolutely loved the lodge. It was so clean, comfortable and well equipped. Instructions were very clear and customer support was excellent.

Mrs E,

Excellent location to visit Pembrokeshire Only issue was the track leading to lodge

Mr L,

We had a brilliant stay here! The lodge was beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Miss P,

Cannot fault this property, very well equipped, felt like home from home, beautiful location and central to everything around and very relaxing, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would certainly go back.

Mrs H,

Woodland view is a modern, spacious & very well equipped lodge in a peaceful elevated position adjacent to a lovely hotel and golf club. There are 3 good size double/ twin bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor share a bathroom and 1 on the first floor which has an en-suite shower room. Beds are comfortable & the rooms have good storage. The ground floor kitchen & dining area is spacious with everything you need if self catering. There is a separate utility room. There is a fabulous lounge on the first floor with 3 comfy sofas, a couple of easy chairs & a large TV. There is a 1st floor balcony & ground floor verandah with furniture. There are lovely views of the woodland & golf course beyond. The location is very convenient for the areas various tourist attractions and there is a lovely restaurant & bar at the Trefloyne Manor hotel. There is enough parking at the lodge for 2 or 3 cars. Access to the lodge is via a steep, windy gravel driveway. It’s probably not a problem in a 4WD vehicle but we found it very difficult in a powerful saloon car.

Mrs S,

The cottage (lodge) was excellent and very comfortable. Very well equipped. We very much enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace in sunshine and listening to the birds in the surrounding woodland.

Mr P,

Fantastic Lodge, Real home from home... Very well kitted out! Amazing views whatever the weather. We all had a great two weeks. Had some great days on the fabulous beaches. Even on rainy days it was so nice to spend some quality time staying in the lodge as a family, playing games and watching t.v.We very much hope to return in the very near future.

The White family,

Superb Lodge and woodland surroundings. We picked some blackberries in the car park area nearby and they were very good. Trefloyne golf club is great for breakfast and lunch or an evening tipple. We all loved The Lodge and couldn't anything at all - it's so comfortable and well equipped. The only downside was the weather - but we still had a lot of fun. Manorbier had a castle and Carew as well with activities for children. Stackpole landing was a lovely place, wish we had the stamina to go to Barafundle Bay. I think we'll be back again soon.

Jarvis & M,

Really enjoyed a week with family on our 40th wedding anniversary, mixed weather, but plenty of memories. Lovely lodge, want for nothing, thank you for the welcome pack. Albie & Jesse want to say thank you for a lovely holiday.

Previous Customer,

Favourite memory, sitting on the veranda at night. Wonderful Lodge, highly recommended we will be coming back

Stuart & S,

The Lodge has a wonderful homely feel and fantastic scenic views, a credit to the owner. Recommend - The beaches at Tenby, St David's Cathedral, Carew Castle, Qube restaurant in Tenby.

Smith & D,

A lovely well equipped lodge, 5*, everything required for a home from home feeling. Lovely views and great access to walks. Thoroughly enjoyed the long weekend break, can't wait to return. Than you. Recommend - Barafundle Bay, Lily Ponds walk, Tenby Town.
