Description

This apartment is located on a quiet Tenby side street just 150 metres from the train station and historic town walls. You are perfectly positioned to explore all Tenby has to offer including a vibrant town centre filled with shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants and four golden sand beaches. The North Beach can be reached in 350 metres and enjoys a large expanse of sand which links up to the iconic harbour during low tides – perfect for a stroll along the shore. The harbour runs boat trips during the main season for fishing trips and to visit the beautiful Caldey Island.

As you enter the apartment, you are welcomed into a small porch area leading into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. There's a two-seater sofa and a TV with a DVD for your entertainment. Relax and unwind after a day at the beach or after exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. There are patio doors leading off from the lounge to a small courtyard area, a real benefit in the town centre. Head upstairs and you will find your en-suite master bedroom. There's a double bed plus a TV and DVD to enjoy while relaxing. There's also a built-in wardrobe offering ample storage for clothes and belongings. The en suite enjoys a walk-in shower and WC.

The apartment has a small courtyard garden to the rear offering space for a little fresh air or a cool drink. The nearest beach is just 350 metres and offers plenty of space to stretch those legs and take in that sea air.

Reviews

didnt find the apartment cosy or comfortable, hard leather sofa, hard bed, lacking any comfort and well not book with yourselves again, been to many cottages but this place i will not be going again.

Mrs D,

I would not recommend anyone stays at the ground floor flat. The outside is filthy and cannot be used as there is dirt, feathers, plastic bottle tops etc matted into the plastic astroturf. There is also a large black area under an external pipe. The iron is unsafe as part of the cable has been wrapped in sellotape which resulted in an electrical incident which blew several sockets in the flat as a result of a nasty electrical discharge which could have resulted in being electrocuted. The owner did not see fit to apologise for the incident and became very rude when I asked for a discount to acknowledge the incident. Three places in the flat are marked with paint. The lino in the bathroom is marked in several places with white spots. The downstairs area is so dark the electric lights need to be switched on even on a bright sunny day. Its akin to staying in a basement. There is not additional blankets if its cold at night and, the duvet is exceptionally thin. Overall the flat is of a poor standard and does not represent value for money. It is also potentially unsafe due to a lack of maintenance of an electrical appliance.

Ms T,

Absolutely perfect, great location shops close by, easy walking distance to the beach, very clean throughout.
